Beginning her career in healthcare by working as a cardiac tech and in home health, Mary chose to pursue training as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist. She graduated from The Healing Arts School of Raleigh where she also completed an internship providing Sports Massage to athletes at NCSU. Using the modalities of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Prenatal, Mary enjoys custom tailoring each massage session to reach the goals of the client, whether that be alleviating pain, decreasing stress, or easing tension.
