Her focus is Swedish massage, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point, Lymphatic, reflexology, and hot stone massage. She incorporates aromatherapy, breath work and stretching into her massages. Erica provides a holistic nurturing and healing experience for clients.

Erica finds joy and fulfillment in her work as a massage therapist. It gives her great purpose to help others in this way. She attended the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC, in 2016. A Chatham County native, she now lives in Durham with the Eno River State Park as her backyard. Erica loves spending time with her family and being in nature.
